Phyllo dough roses: the tasty, beautiful and easy recipe

Ingredients:
400 of phyllo dough
100 g of walnuts
Vegetable oil
100 g of butter
1 pear
Cheese
- For the syrup:
150 g of sugar
150 ml of water
1 tbsp of lemon juice
Directions:
1. For starters, cut disks out of phyllo dough.
2. Blend walnuts and melt butter.
3. Place dough disks one next to the other and brush with butter.
4. Add walnuts and roll to shape the roses.
5. Make the pear and cheese version, too.
6. Bake at 180° for 10-15 minutes.
7. Make the syrup and serve on top of the roses.
