Chickpeas and spinach soup: the savory warm meal

Ingredients:
300 g of fresh spinach
400 g of cooked chickpeas
5 garlic cloves
1 bread slice
Extra virgin olive oil
Half a tsp of cumin
Half a tsp of salt
1 tsp of paprika
250 ml of water
Directions:
1. For starters boil spinach and drain excess water.
2. Stir fry chopped garlic and olive oil in a pan, then set aside.
3. Toast the bread in the same and and place with the garlic from before.
4. Add cumin, salt and water. Then blend into a smooth sauce.
5. Fry spinach with oil and paprika, then add chickpeas and the sauce you made before.
6. Pour in some water and cook at medium heat for 10 minutes.
