Chickpea Farinata: here is the recipe for the traditional Ligurian dish.

Thin, soft and with a rich flavor. It is super easy to make this at home!
INGREDIENTS
750ml water
1 tsp salt
250g chickpea flour
50ml olive oil
750ml water
1 tsp salt

olive oil, as needed
DIRECTIONS
1. Dissolve the salt and the chickpea flour in water. Remove the foam that forms on the top.
2. Let the mixture rest for 4 hours, then add the olive oil.
3. Pour the mixture in a cake pan and bake at 200°C for 35 minutes (these quantities are enough for 2 farinate).
4. Add some rosemary and serve hot.
