Chickpeas balls: the vegetarian recipe ready in no time!

Pour 3 eggs over the chickpeas and wait for the result: delicious! 

INGREDIENTS
250 g (½ pound) cooked chickpeas;
3 eggs;
1 small white onion, chopped;
2 tbsp parsley, chopped;
30 g (2 tbsp) flour;
salt and pepper to taste;
¼ tsp turmeric;
1 tsp paprika;
breadcrumbs for coating.
METHOD
  1. Blend chickpeas with eggs until smooth.
  2. Combine chickpea paste with spices, parsley, onion, and flour.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls and coat each in breadcrumbs.
  4. Cook in preheated oil for 5-7 minutes.
