Coconut Tiramisu: the recipe to make a delicious dessert with no baking

Ingredients:
- For the cake:
250 g of mascarpone cheese
40 g of powdered sugar
250 ml of cream
80 g of white chocolate
50 g of dried coconut
70 g of toasted and chopped almonds
250 g of ladyfingers
- For the ganache:
125 g of white chocolate
50 ml of cream
Directions:
1. Make the filling by mixing mascarpone cheese, cream and powdered sugar.
2. Then stir in melted white chocolate, coconut and almonds.
3. Now assemble the Tiramisu by dipping ladyfingers in milk and alternating them with filling layers.
4. Then mix chocolate and cream, melt in the microwave and let cool.
5. Use this ganache to coat the cake's top.
6. Let cool the Tiramisu in the fridge for a few hours.
7. Decorate with coconut and pralines.
