Meat rolls: the recipe to make them soft and savory

Ingredients:
- For the dough:
250 ml of hot water
12 g of yeast
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of salt
40 ml of vegetable oil
450 g of flour
- For the filling:
400 g of boiled meat
1 onion
100 ml of beef broth
Salt and pepper
Seasoning to taste
Directions:
1. Boil the meat in salted water.
2. In a large bowl mix water, salt and yeast. Then add flour and salt.
3. Lastly pour in oil and knead for about 5-7 minutes.
4. Let the dough sit for 30 minutes.
5. Fry diced onion in a pan with oil, then mix it with minced meat, pepper and broth.
6. Knead again and let sit for 30 minutes more.
7. Shape it into a loaf and cut in smaller pieces, flatten them and stuff with meat and onion mixture.
8. Fry the rolls in a pan with oil until golden and crispy.
