Fried cabbage rolls: the recipe to make them extra tasty

Ingredients:
1 onion
Olive oil
Salt
1 carrot
550 g of pork or beef
50 g of tomato paste
150 ml of water
Cabbage leaves
Black pepper
2 eggs
3 tbsp of flour
Breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil
Directions:
1. In pan pour olive oil and fry chopped onion. Then add salt and grated carrot.
2. Cut meat in pieces and add in the pan.
3. Aside mix tomato paste and water. Stir well to dissolve.
4. Pour this mixture in the pan, add black pepper, put a lid on and cook.
5. Soak cabbage leaves in hot water for 30 minutes to soften them.
6. When meat's done blend it into a smooth mixture, then use it to fill cabbage leaves.
7. Mix eggs and flour, and dip cabbage rolls into this mixture.
8. Then coat them entirely with breadcrumbs.
9. Fry in a pan with hot oil until golden and crispy.
