Hash Brown potatoes: the easy and crispy recipe everyone will love

Ingredients:
4 potatoes
1 onion
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Frying oil
Directions:
1. Peel and grate potatoes and onion.
2. Squeeze to get rid of excess water.
3. Season with salt and pepper, then add egg.
4. Shape the fritters and cook in a pan until golden on both sides.
