Baked veal and potatoes: the recipe for a tasty meal

Ingredients:
700 g of veal breast
800 g of potatoes
2 rosemary sprigs
2 garlic cloves
2-3 sage leaves
Salt, pepper, oil
100 ml of white wine
Directions:
1. For starters, make seasoning for the meat.
2. Mix garlic, rosemary, sage, salt, pepper and oil in a bowl.
3. Brush all of the meat slices.
4. Cut the potatoes and season with salt, rosemary, pepper and oil.
5. Place potatoes in a baking pan and bake at 200° for 30 minutes.
6. Then add meat and white wine.
7. Bake for another 30 minutes.
