Tangerine pralines: the recipe for some delicious and fragrant treats

Ingredients:
- For the jelly:
300 g of peeled tangerines
50-100 g of sugar
15 g of corn starch
- For the mousse:
25 ml of water
4 g of gelatin powder
250 ml of whipping cream
25 g of powdered sugar
100 g of tangerine jelly
- For the pralines:
150 g of white chocolate
9 biscuits
Melted milk chocolate for decoration
Directions:
1. Blend tangerines and sift. Then add sugar and starch.
2. Bring to a boil and stir until it thickens, then let cool.
3. Melt white chocolate and use it to coat the molds. Then let it harden in the freezer for 3-5 minues.
4. Repeat with another white chocolate layer.
5. Hydrate gelatina and whip cream with powdered sugar.
6. Add tangerine puree and hydrated gelatin.
7. Use this mousse to fill the pralines placing in the middle tangerine jelly, too.
8. Cover with a biscuit to shape the base.
9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then decorate with melted chocolate.
