Milk cream: the recipe with no egg to fill your desserts

Ingredients:
750 ml of milk
75 g of flour
150 g of sugar
1 packet of vanillin
Directions:
1. Mix sugar and flour. Then add vanillin.
2. Add a little bit of milk, too, to make a cream.
3. Pour what's left of the milk in a large pot and add the previous mixture.
4. Bring to a boil and stir until it thickens.
5. Cover with some plastic wrap and let cool at room temperature.
