Milk cream cake: a melt in your mouth sponge cake to try right now!

This cake is so soft and with a delicious milk cream layer to die for!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
For dough:
4 medium eggs
80 grams of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 spoon vanilla extract
30 grams of 00 flour
20 grams of potato starch
50 ml of sunflower oil
Milk cream:
250 gr of mascarpone
80 grams of icing sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
250 ml of fresh cream
90 ml of condensed milk
Decorations:
Chopped hazelnuts to taste.
Icing sugar to taste.
METHOD
- Separate egg whites from egg yolks.
- Whisk together the egg whites, sugar and salt, then add the vanilla extract and egg yolks. After you have prepared the egg mixture, add flour and starch to the mixture, then mix everything with a spatula, adding oil.
- Prepare two 22 cm molds, pour mixture and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Prepare the cream. Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and mix. Then add the sweet cream and condensed milk and mix together.
- Layer the cake, coat it with crushed hazelnuts and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
