Yogurt and berries crumbled pie: the recipe for a delicious dessert

Ingredients:
- For the filling:
500 g of pitted cherries (or any other berry)
70 g of sugar
10 g of vanilla sugar
40 g of corn starch
- For the dough:
3 egg yolks
50 g of sugar
60 g of greek yogurt or sour cream
90 g of butter
270 g of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
- For the filling:
3 egg whites
40 g of sugar
400 g of greek yogurt
40 g of corn starch
Directions:
1. Pour berries in a sauce pan and mix with sugar, vanilla sugar and corn starch.
2. Cook at low heat stirring continuously until it thickens.
3. Cover with some plastic wrap and let cool.
4. Now make the dough: mix egg yolks, sugar, melted butter and yogurt.
5. Then stir in flour and baking powder. Knead.
6. Flatten the dough and coat the bottom of a cake mold with it. Place dough scraps in the freezer.
7. For the filling: whisk egg whites with sugar, then stir in yogurt and cornstarch.
8. Pour the berries mixture on the cake base, then cover with a thick layer of filling.
9. Grate leftover dough to coat the cake.
10. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 40 minutes.
11. Let cool completely and serve.
