Zebra cookies: the recipe for some beautiful and delicious treats

Ingredients:
120 g of soft butter
120 ml of vegetable oil
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
1/2 tsp of vanilla sugar
100 g of corn starch
130 g of powdered sugar
300 g of flour + 1 tbsp
1 tsp of cocoa powder
Directions:
1. Mix butter, oil, salt and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
2. Stir in corn starch, powdered sugar and flour.
3. Cut the dough in half, and add flour and cocoa powder in one of the portions.
4. Wrap the dough into some plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
5. Flatten the dough and make some circles, then place one on top of the other alternating cocoa ones and white ones.
6. Wrap in plastic and shape into a loaf, then freeze for 1 hour.
7. Slice it and place the biscuits in a tray covered with baking paper.
8. Bake at 180° for 15-20 minutes.
