Fluffy stuffed bombs: the simple way to make them at home

Ingredients:
500 g of flour
2 eggs
250 ml of milk
8 g of brewer's yeast
40 g of sugar
3 g of salt
40 g of soft butter
2 Tablespoons of Oil
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Directions:
1. Start mixing milk, yeast and sugar.
2. Then combine eggs, oil, flour, salt and vanilla sugar.
3. Form a homogeneous dough and let it rest for 60/90 minutes at room temperature.
4. Then roll out the dough and shape into discs.
5. Let them rest for another 30-40 minutes.
6. Fry in hot oil, dip in sugar and fill.
