Fried bombs: How to make them puffy and fluffy!

INGREDIENTS
2 apples, chopped 
1 egg
20g (3 tbsp) of powdered sugar
50ml (1/5 cup) of vegetable oil 
100ml (2/5 cup) of water
200ml (4/5 cup) of lukewarm milk 
7g of dry yeast  
340g (2 3/4 cups) of flour 
Powdered sugar 

METHOD 
1. Blend chopped apples with egg and sugar powder. Add in water, oil, milk, and yeast. Sift in the flour.
2. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
3. Fry in the ladle dough, pouring with hot oil.
