Onion fritters: the recipe to make them fluffy and savory

Ingredients:
1-2 red onions
Salt
Evo oil
200 g of cake flour
200 ml of water
7 g of dry brewer's yeast
Frying oil
Directions:
1. Peel and slice the onions.
2. Then fry them in a pan with some olive oil, salt and a little bit of water.
3. Put a lid on and cook at low heat.
4. Let cool completely.
5. Pour water in a bowl, add yeast and stir well.
6. Add flour and continue mixing.
7. Lastly add salt.
8. Now stir in cooked onions from before.
9. Cover with some plastic wrap and let sit until it doubles its size.
10. Shape the fritters using two spoons.
11. Fry them in hot oil until golden on both sides.
