Zucchini cloud fritters: the recipe to make them fluffy and savory

Ingredients: 
2 medium-sized zucchini (500 g) 
2 egg whites 
Salt and pepper 
Sweet paprika 
Dried thyme and oregano 
Oil for frying 
100 g of flour 
Mayonnaise 
Ketchup 
 
Directions: 
1. Cut zucchini in thin slices. 
2. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 15 minutes. 
3. Whisk egg whites with a pinch of salt until firm and foamy. 
4. Squeeze zucchini slices, then season them with black pepper, sweet paprika and thyme. 
5. Now add flour and whisked egg whites. 
6. Fry a spoonful of this mixture in hot oil until golden. 
7. Serve with mayo and ketchup as a sauce.
