Apple pie with cream: the recipe for a delicious dessert everybody will love

Ingredients:
- For the apple filling:
3 apples
3 tbsp of sugar
3 tbsp of lemon juice
- For the dough:
250 g of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
90 g of butter
1 pinch of salt
40 g of sugar
2 egg yolks
- For the cream:
2 egg yolks
1 tsp of vanilla sugar
4 tbsp of sugar
15 g of corn starch
400 g of sour cream
1 tbsp of powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Mix flour, baking powder, butter and salt in a bowl.
2. Knead until you get a crumbly dough.
3. Aside, whisk egg yolks and sugar then mix the mixture into the dough.
4. Place the dough into a cake pan and flatten to create the cake base.
5. Peel the apples and and dice them, then add sugar and lemon juice.
6. Pour the mixture in a pan and cook at low heat for 8-10 minutes.
7. For the cream: whisk egg whites with sugar and vanilla sugar.
8. Then stir in cornstarch and sour cream.
9. Assemble the dessert making a cooked apple layer and cover with cream.
10. Now finish with some crumbled dough on top.
11. Bake at 170° for 45 minutes.
12. Decorate with powdered sugar.
