Pistachio cream: the simple way to make it creamy and delicious

Ingredients:
90 g of unsalted pistachios
120 g of white chocolate
1 g of salt
40 ml of sunflower oil
 
Directions:
1. First, toast at 180° for 4-5 minutes.
2. Blend the pistachios.
3. Then add salt and oil.
4. Melt the white chocolate and add to the pistachios.
5. Mix well and use it whenever you want.
