Fruit ice-cream cake: the recipe for a delicious dessert with no oven

Ingredients:
2 bananas
Half a lemon juice
250 g of strawberries
350 g of ricotta cheese
400 g of sour cream
8 tbsp of sugar
2 tsp of vanilla sugar
Warm water
25 g of gelatin
1 white chocolate bar
Directions:
1. Slice bananas and sprinkle with lemon juice.
2. Mix ricotta, cream, sugar and vanilla sugar in a large bowl.
3. Use a hand mixer to make a smooth and even cream.
4. Hydrate gelatin in warm water, then mix it into the filling.
5. Lastly add diced fruit.
6. Pour the mixture in a cake mold and flatten.
7. Roughly chop white chocolate and use it to decorate the cake.
8. Let cool in the freezer for at least 5 hours.
