Quick fruit cake: a beautiful dessert ready in just

INGREDIENTS
 300g (2 ¼ cup) flour;
 2 ½ tsp baking powder;
 ½ tsp salt;
 170g (¾ cup) softened butter;
 60ml (1/4 cup) vegetable oil;
 310g (1 ½ cup) sugar;
 4 eggs;
 1 tbsp vanilla extract;
 240ml (1 cup) milk;
 Whipped cream;
 Assorted fruits.
 
METHOD
  1.  Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line standard baking sheet with parchment.
  2.  Beat butter with sugar for 3 minutes. Add vanilla and eggs (2 at a time) while still beating.
  3.  Add half of the milk.
  4.  Separately whisk the flour with baking powder.
  5.  Add dry mixture into the batter. Whisk until smooth, then pour the rest of the milk in.
  6.  Pour the batter on a prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool down.
  7.  Slice the cake into 6 squire pieces, then cover it with cream and top with sliced fruits. Place them on top of one another to form a cake. Cover the cake with more cream.
  8.  Decorate as shown in the video.
