Zucchini and eggplant savory pie: the quick and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
- For the filling:
1 eggplant
1 zucchini
Olive oil
2 eggs
30 g of grated cheese
Salt and pepper
- For the dough:
250 g of flour
50 g of oil
110 g of water
1 tsp of salt
Directions:
1. Cut the vegetables and cook them in a pan with oil and salt.
2. Aside whisk eggs with cheese, salt and pepper. Then stir in the vegetables.
3. Now make the dough by mixing flour, salt, water and oil.
4. Spread it onto a baking paper sheet and fill with the eggs and vegetables mixture.
5. Seal the edges.
6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200° for 30 minutes.
