Tuna meatballs: the quick, easy and savory recipe to try

Ingredients: 
 
- For the meatballs: 
200 g of steamed or boiled potatoes
100 g of drained tuna 
2 eggs 
40 g of grated cheese
Salt, garlic, parsley 
2-3 tbsp of breadcrumbs 
Oil 
 
- For yogurt sauce:
2 tbsp of greek yogurt 
Paprika 
Garlic 
Parsley 
Salt 
1 tbsp of evo oil 
 
Directions: 
1. Mash potatoes and mix them with tuna, eggs, cheese, salt, garlic and parsley. 
2. Stir well then also add breadcrumbs until you get a firm dough. 
3. Shape the balls using your hands and coat with breadcrumbs. 
4. Fry in a pan with some oil 2 minutes each side until golden. 
5. Serve with a sauce made of yogurt, spices and some oil.
