Eggplant savory rolls: the recipe for a simple and tasty dish

Ingredients:

1 eggplant

Salt and pepper

Olive oil

Cheese slices

Ham

Half an onion

150 g of tomato sauce

Half a tsp of sugar

Directions:

1. Slice the eggplants and sprinkle them with salt.

2. Dry them and cook them on a grill.

3. Fill with ham and cheese. Then close them to shape the rolls.

4. Make tomato sauce and place eggplant rolls in it.

5. Let cook then serve.
