Spring onion pockets: the easy and savory recipe to try

Ingredients:
300 g of flour
150 ml of water
Salt
90 g of green onions
4 g of baking soda
30 g of flour
30 g of cornstarch
30 g of melted butter
Seeds oil for frying
90 g of mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix water, salt and flour.
2. Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth and soft dough.
3. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
4. Slice green onions and sprinkle them with baking soda.
5. Aside, mix flour and cornstarch.
6. Sprinkle your work surface with that and shape the dough into balls (about 50 g each)
7. Then spread them using a rolling pin.
8. Brush with melted butter and fill with green onions and cheese.
9. Close to shape the pockets.
10. In a pan heat up some oil, then cook the pockets at medium heat until golden on both sides.
