Ingredients:
3 medium zucchini
Grated Parmesan 60g
Breadcrumbs 50g
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Dried oregano
Smoked scamorza cheese 100g

Directions:
1. Cut the zucchini into rounds.
2. Put them in a bowl and season them with salt, pepper, oregano, Parmesan, breadcrumbs and oil.
3. Mix well and cut the scamorza.
4. Assemble in a pan and bake at 180° for about 35-40 minutes.
