Poured cake: the recipe for a delicious dessert easy to make

Ingredients:
3 eggs
140 g of powdered sugar
1 packet of vanillin
100 g of flour
1 cup of sunflower seeds oil
180 g of grated coconut
15 g of chopped pistachios
Hazelnut cream
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix eggs, powdered sugar and vanillin.
2. Also stir in flour, oil and coconut.
3. Lastly add pistachios.
4. Pour half of the batter in a cake mold.
5. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
6. Now fill with hazelnut cream and cover with the other half of the batter.
7. Cook for another 25 minutes.
8. Let cool completely before serving.
