Microwave cake: easy dessert to make in no time!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
120g (1/2 cup) of sugar
40g (1/4 cup) of butter (melted)
125g (1/2 cup) of greek yogurt
1 lemon (zest)
30g (1/4 cup) of cornstarch
150g (1 1/4 cups) of flour
8g (1/2 tbsp) of baking powder
10g (2 tsp) of lemon (juice)
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the eggs and sugar and mix with the electric mixer until the sugar dissolve and the eggs are fluffy.
2. Add the butter (melted), greek yogurt, and lemon (zest) and continue mixing. Add the cornstarch, flour, baking powder, and lemon juice and mix to combine all together well.
3. Pour the mixture into the baking dish (22cm baking dish - microwave safe), transfer to the microwave, and cook at 600w for 10-12 minutes.
4. Once ready, let's take it out of the oven and let it cool in the mold, then turn it out, add powdered sugar and serve.
