Cream cheesecake: the recipe for a fresh and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
20 dry biscuits
70 g of butter
500 ml of whipping cream
250 g of condensed milk
6 gelatin sheets
80 ml of whipping cream (for the gelatin)
Directions:
1. For starters, finely chop biscuits and mix them with melted butter.
2. Use this mixture to coat the bottom of a cake mold.
3. Let cool in the fridge.
4. Hydrate gelatin in water.
5. Meanwhile whip the cream and add condensed milk.
6. Dissolve hydrated gelatin in 80 ml of hot cream. Then stir this mixture in the cream.
7. Pour the cream you got onto the biscuit base.
8. Let cool in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
9. Decorate with some more crumbled biscuits.
