Fluffy flatbread in a pan: the easy recipe for a quick snack

Ingredients:
3 g of dry yeast
2 tbsp of sugar
100 ml of warm milk
100 ml of warm water
300 g of flour
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of olive oil
Sesame seeds
Olive oil
Directions:
1. Dissolve sugar and yeast into warm milk.
2. Add warm water and stir.
3. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
4. Add flour, salt and oil. Then knead.
5. Cover and let rise again for 1 hour.
6. Place the dough onto a floured work surface and divide it into 4 equal parts.
7. Shape each piece into a ball. Then cover and let rest.
8. Spread each ball and add sesame seeds.
9. The cook in a hot pan until golden on both sides.
10. Season by brushing some olive oil on top.
