Pastry pizza in a pan: a quick and easy recipe!

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of puff pastry
400g (1 3/4 cups) of tomato sauce
Salt
Oregano
Pepper
200g of cheese
Extra virgin olive oil
 
METHOD
  1. Unroll the pastry and fold the edges inwards to create a cornice. Turn the pastry over on the base of a pan, without removing the parchment paper. Cover with a lid and cook the base over low heat for 10 minutes. 
  2. Meanwhile, bring tomato sauce and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and oil. 
  3. Turn the pastry, stuff it with the prepared tomato sauce and cheese and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. 
  4. After time has elapsed season it with a drizzle of oil and sprinkle the oregano.
