Battered zucchini: the delicious side dish to try right now

Ingredients:

2 medium zucchini (600g)

3 Eggs (M)

Natural Greek yogurt (1 large spoon)

Grated Parmesan 80g

Dried oregano

Salt and pepper

Chilli (optional)

Flour (2 large spoons)

Olive oil

Directions:

1. First wash the courgettes and cut them.

2. Arrange them on a platter, season with salt and let them rest for 15 minutes.

3. Batter: mix the eggs with yogurt, parmesan, oregano, salt, pepper and flour.

4. Dip the zucchini in the batter and fry in hot oil.
