Coconut and chocolate pralines: the delicious no bake dessert

Ingredients:
250gr of ricotta from the fridge
120 grams of granulated sugar
80gr of coconut turnips'
50gr of dark chocolate
Coverage of your choice between:
chopped hazelnuts
chopped pistachios
coconut turnips'
melted chocolate
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the ricotta with the sugar, coconut and dark chocolate.
2. Form a homogeneous mixture and leave it in the fridge for 20/30 minutes.
3. Prepare some balls and roll them in the covering of your choice.
4. Leave them in the fridge until you serve them.
