Eggplants parmesan without frying: the tasty recipe

Ingredients:
Eggplant 4
salt
Onion 1
Olive oil
Chili pepper
Peeled tomatoes (canned) 1kg
Dried oregano
2 cloves of garlic
Parmesan 100 g
Cheese 300 g
Directions:
1. Wash the aubergines and cut them into slices.
2. Put them in a bowl, add salt and pour some water.
3. Cover them with a weight and let them rest for 20 minutes.
4. Then dry them well and place them in an oven dish.
5. Prepare a mixture with oil, oregano and garlic cloves.
6. Brush the mixture over the aubergines and bake them at 200 ° for 15 minutes.
7. In a pan, fry the onion with chilli and tomatoes. Cook for 30 minutes.
8. At this point, assemble the Parmigiana and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
