Fluffy cheesecake: the easy recipe to make at home

Ingredients:
4 yolks
4 egg whites
600 g ricotta
250 g yogurt or sour cream
30 g of corn starch
1 pinch of salt
100 g sugar
20 g vanilla sugar
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with ricotta, yogurt (or sour cream) and starch.
2. Separately whip the egg whites with salt, sugar and vanilla sugar.
3. Combine the two compounds and pour the mixture into the mold.
4. Bake at 160 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
