Custard sponge cake: the mouthwatering and fluffy recipe

Ingredients:
Cream:
1 egg
50 g sugar
125 ml milk
1/2 tablespoon of flour
5 g vanillin
25 g butter
Dough:
2 eggs
120 g sugar
40 ml milk
80 g yogurt
80 g oil
220 g flour
5 g vanillin
8 g baking powder
Directions:
1. Cream: in a saucepan mix the eggs with the sugar, milk, flour and vanilla. Let it thicken and add the butter. Then let the cream cool and transfer it to a pastry bag.
2. Dough: First mix eggs, sugar, milk and yogurt. Then add oil, flour, vanilla and yeast.
3. Pour the mixture into a mold, then create a grid with the cream.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
