Pork stew with sauce: the recipe for a special and easy meal

Ingredients:
1 kg pork stew
1 glass of Brandy
1 glass of wine
500 ml. Beef broth or water
2 carrots
2 small onions
2 cloves of garlic
Bay leaves
1 sprig of thyme
1 sprig of rosemary
1 teaspoon of sweet or spicy paprika
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
A little flour
Directions:
1. First, flour the stew and brown it in a saucepan with oil and salt.
2. In the same pot, cook the vegetables, salt, pepper, bay leaves, thyme, rosemary and paprika.
3. Then add the stew, brandy and wine.
4. Pour in the broth and cook for 45 minutes.
5. Transfer the meat to a plate and blend the mixture to form the sauce to serve.
