Sponge cake with orange custard: the simple and mouthwatering dessert

Ingredients:
Batter:
4 whole eggs
200 grams of flour '00
200 grams of sugar
4 tablespoons of milk
Grated zest of one orange
1 sachet of baking powder
1/2 glass of seed oil
For the orange cream:
1 egg yolk
400 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice
140 grams of sugar
50 gr of '00' flour
 
Directions:
1. Batter: beat the eggs with the sugar, then add all the ingredients. Flour, milk, orange peel, yeast and oil. Pour the mixture into a greased mold and bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
2. Cream: beat the yolk with the sugar and then add the orange juice. Also add the flour and bring everything to the heat to make it thicken. Then let it cool completely.
3. Stuff the cake and decorate with icing sugar.
