Mini bread rolls: the simple way to make them fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
500g of all purpose flour
200g of whole milk
120g of water
50g of seed oil
10g of fresh brewer's yeast
10g of sugar
10g of salt
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, pour the milk, water, crumbled yeast and sugar.
2. Then pour in the flour and add the oil.
3. Finally add the salt and mix everything well.
4. Form a uniform dough and let it rest for 2 hours with the oven off and the light on.
5. Divide the dough into 8 parts and let it rest for 15 minutes.
6. Roll out the loaves and overlap them by alternating brushstrokes of oil.
7. Then shape the buns as shown in the video and arrange them on the baking tray.
8. Let it rise for an hour in the oven off with the light on.
9. Brush with milk and add the sesame seeds.
10. Bake at 180° for 30/32 minutes.
