Tangerine brioche flowers: the dessert that cannot be missing on your table!

INGREDIENTS
3 tangerines
1 egg
40g (1/2 cup) sugar
50ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
1/3 tsp salt
7g dry yeast
3 tbsp of water
330g (2 5/8 cups) of flour
Apricot jam
Orange jam
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together warm water and yeast.
- In another bowl mix together tangerines, egg, oil, and sugar. Blend until smooth, strain it and mix with yeast, flour and salt. Let the dough rise for 2 hour, or until double size.
- Make a balls from the dough and fill them with apricot and orange jam.
- Transfer to the pan, let it rise for another 20 minutes, and spread with egg yolk.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
