Tangerine brioche flowers: the dessert that cannot be missing on your table!

INGREDIENTS
3 tangerines
1 egg
40g (1/2 cup) sugar
50ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
1/3 tsp salt
7g dry yeast
3 tbsp of water
330g (2 5/8 cups) of flour
Apricot jam
Orange jam
Powdered sugar

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together warm water and yeast.
  2. In another bowl mix together tangerines, egg, oil, and sugar. Blend until smooth, strain it and mix with yeast, flour and salt. Let the dough rise for 2 hour, or until double size.
  3. Make a balls from the dough and fill them with apricot and orange jam.
  4. Transfer to the pan, let it rise for another 20 minutes, and spread with egg yolk.
  5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
