Fried potatoes with cheese cream: the delicious side dish

Ingredients:
Potatoes
Fry oil
200 ml cooking cream
100 ml milk
180 gr of mixed cheese
pepper
1 teaspoon of paprika
Bacon (optional)
Directions:
1. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes.
2. Fry them in hot oil.
3. Grate the three types of cheese and dissolve them in the milk and cream. Then form a thick cream and add pepper and paprika.
4. Serve the potatoes with the cream and add the bacon.
