Potatoes with cream and cheese: the best recipe for the your amazing dinner!

A quick and delicious way to bake your potatoes!
INGREDIENTS

6 Potatoes
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4 (1 tsp) Pepper
4g (1 tsp) Cumin
5g (1 tsp) Cayenne pepper
10g (1 tbsp) Flour
45ml (2 1/2 tbsp) Olive oil
200ml (1 cup) Heavy cream
1 Egg
100g (1 cup) Grated cheese
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4 (1 tsp) Pepper
4g (1 tsp) Cumin
5g (1 tsp) Cayenne pepper
10g (1 tbsp) Flour
45ml (2 1/2 tbsp) Olive oil
200ml (1 cup) Heavy cream
1 Egg
100g (1 cup) Grated cheese
METHOD
- Cut the potatoes with a curvy slicer and place them in a bowl. Add spices, flour and oil. Mix it well.
- Put them in a pan. Pour the heavy cream over the potatoes. Bake at 180C for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Add grated cheese and put in the oven for another 10 minutes. Serve.
