Vienna bread recipe: how to make this amazing recipe

Ingredients:
7 gr yeast
25 gr sugar
180 ml warm milk
250 gr flour
1 teaspoon of salt
42 gr butter
 
Directions:
1. Mix yeast, sugar and milk. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
2. Then add flour, salt and butter. Knead the dough well and form a uniform and smooth dough.
3. Let stand until doubled in volume.
4. Divide it into 4 parts and form the loaves. Let them rest for 45/60 minutes.
5. Bake at 400°F(200°/230°) for 20 minutes.
