How to make a warm and cozy bread recipe for breakfast!

INGREDIENTS
550g of flour
300ml of milk
80g of sugar
50g of warm butter
20g of fresh yeast
1 egg
1/4 tsp of salt
Egg yolk
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl add flour, in the center add warm milk, sugar and yeast, mix it and add egg and salt, then mix all together adding the butter.
  2. Leave the dough for 40-50 minutes. Then divide into 2 portions and divide little pieces from each. Roll out every piece of the dough, bigger pieces roll in into the bread form and make patterns on little pieces and cover bream with them. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Spread it with egg yolk and bake at 180’ C for 35-40 minutes.
