Eggplant and meat cake: the savory recipe to surprise everyone

Ingredients:
2 onions
3 garlic cloves
3 tomatoes
Oil
1 kg minced meat
Salt
Black pepper
Herbs
Nutmeg
3 eggplants
Flour
Sauce:
50 gr butter
1 egg
300 ml milk
50 gr flour
Parsley
100 gr cheese
Directions:
1. Fry the chopped onion in a frying pan, then add the minced meat.
2. Add also garlic, salt, black pepper, tomatoes, herbs and nutmeg.
3. Cut the eggplants and pass them into the flour, then fry them in a pan.
4. Place the meat and the eggplant slices in a mold.
5. Sauce: mix the ingredients in a pot and spread in the mold.
6. Bake at 400°F/200° for 20 minutes.
