Coconut sponge squares: the tasty and delicious idea without oven

Ingredients:
120 gr flour 00
37 gr corn starch
90 gr sugar
1 liter of milk
1 sachet of vanillin
14 gr butter
3 tablespoons of coconut flour
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, mix flour, starch and sugar.
2. Then pour the milk and bring it to the heat to thicken.
3. Remove from heat and add vanillin and butter.
4. Pour the mixture into a mold and leave in the fridge for 3 hours.
5. Cut into squares and pass them in the coconut flour.
