Coconut squares

Ingredients:
350g flour
10g baking powder
250ml milk
200g sugar
200g butter (room temperature)
3 eggs
3 ml vanilla
½ tsp salt
300g dark chocolate
200ml milk
150g coconut chips
Preparation:
1. Mix the soft butter with sugar, salt and vanilla. Add eggs to the cream (one at a time). After each egg, you need to beat the cream. Reduce the speed of the mixer and add half of the flour to the mixture. Mix again.
2. Pour 125 ml of milk into the dough and mix thoroughly. Add in the dough the second half of the flour with the baking powder and the remaining 125 ml of milk. Mix the dough again until combine. Pour the dough into a baking form.
3. Bake at 170C/340F for 30-40 minutes. Let it cool. Cut the cake into square pieces.
4. Prepare the glaze: Combine chocolate with milk and microwave until the chocolate is completely melted. Each piece of cake must be covered with chocolate glaze, then roll in coconut chips.
