Coconut fans: simply irresistible!

Puff pastry, coconut and chocolate: these are perfect for a snack!
INGREDIENTS
puff pastry
brown sugar
shredded coconut
chocolate
lemon zest

DIRECTIONS
1. Overlap two sheets of puff pastry and cover the entire sheet in brown sugar and lemon zest.
2. Roll both sides until you’ve reached the middle of the sheet and freeze it for 30 minutes.
3. Slice the roll and bake the fans at 180°C for 20 minutes.
4. Let them cool, then dip half into melted chocolate.
5. Garnish with the shredded coconut.
