Potato patties: the recipe to make them extra tasty in no time

Ingredients:
- For the patties:
4 potatoes
70 g of bread crumbs
Fresh parsley
100 g of cheese
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
- For the sauce:
2 tbsp of yogurt or sour cream
1 tbsp of mayonnaise
Parsley
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of chili sauce
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes in pieces and boil them, then mash.
2. Add breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, chopped parsley, eggs, salt and pepper.
3. Shape the patties with greased hands.
4. Fry them in a pan with olive oil until golden and crispy on both sides.
5. Serve with sauce.
